I don’t just study customer experience. I pay attention to people.

I’m Antwonette Bulloch, founder of BULLOCH CONSULTING GROUP, a customer-experience consulting company helping service-based businesses create experiences their customers want to return to.

My approach to customer experience comes from years of working directly with people, businesses, and customers—not just studying theories about them.

I’ve worked in customer-facing environments, managed a small business, built businesses of my own, created marketing strategies for entrepreneurs, and spent years paying attention to the little things that determine whether someone feels welcomed, respected, understood, and valued.

Because here’s what I’ve learned: customer experience isn’t just what your business says it provides. It’s what your customer actually experiences.

And sometimes the owner is simply too close to the business to see the gaps.

That’s where I come in. Through Culture Check™, I step outside of the business and look at the customer journey from the customer’s perspective. I listen to what customers are already saying, examine the digital experience, look for patterns in reviews and customer-generated content, experience the journey firsthand, and evaluate the business through my Six Cs of Customer Experience: Culture, Customer Service, Communication, Consistency, Care, and Customer Retention.

I’m not here to tell business owners everything they’re doing wrong. I’m here to show them what they’re doing well, where their customers may be experiencing friction, and what they can do to create a better experience.

Because better customer experiences don’t just create happier customers. They help build businesses customers trust, return to, recommend, and continue supporting.

Community

Culture isn't a slide deck. It's how people treat each other when the room is full.

In the Field

I don't study customer experience from a desk.

Talking to people, sitting in the dining room, standing in the line, and paying attention to what actually happens.
